Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Zoulty Website Builder service (“the Service”), operated by Zoulty by Arrow Labs (“we,” “us”). By starting a conversation with our WhatsApp bot or paying for the Service, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

We build a custom marketing website for your business based on the information you provide through our WhatsApp conversation, host that website, and provide a WhatsApp contact channel for your customers. The Service is delivered entirely over WhatsApp — there is no separate contract, portal login, or in-person meeting required.

Pricing and payment

• A one-time $10.99 start fee is due to begin your build. This is non-refundable once work has started, except where required by law.
• During the build, you’re entitled to up to 3 rounds of change requests on your preview before approving it.
• Once you approve your preview, a $19.99/mo subscription (a real recurring charge, not a repeated one-off link) puts your site live and is charged right then — not a delayed first bill. It covers its hosting, and each billing period of the subscription includes one round of change requests to your published content.
• Domain registration (billed annually at the registrar's price for the domain and extension you choose) is required if you ask us to manage your domain; if you use your own domain, you’re responsible for that renewal yourself.

All prices above are exclusive of tax. If sales tax applies based on the location where you receive the Service, it is calculated by Stripe and added as a separate line at checkout — you’ll see the exact amount before you pay.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe via payment links and subscription charges sent through WhatsApp. We do not store your card details.

Cancellation & non-payment

You may cancel your site subscription or domain renewal at any time by messaging the bot on WhatsApp. The initial build start fee is a one-time charge for work performed and is not subject to subscription-style cancellation.

If a subscription charge fails, or you cancel it, your site enters a 45-day grace period. We’ll warn you before that period ends. If payment is still unresolved after 45 days, we take your site down and turn off auto-renewal on your domain (if we manage it) — flagging it so a member of our team can manually coordinate a domain transfer if you ask for one. A later payment that resolves the subscription restores your site and that period’s round of changes.

Turnaround time

We aim to deliver a preview within a few business days of receiving your start fee and all the information we need, but timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with workload or the complexity of your request.

Preview review period

Your preview is a working version, temporarily hosted on a Zoulty subdomain, while you decide whether to approve it. It is not your final website or a permanent delivery. You have 5 days from when we send you the preview (or a revised version, if you requested changes) to approve it or request changes via WhatsApp. We’ll send you a reminder if one or two days remain in that window.

If you don’t respond within that window, we may take down and remove the preview. The initial start fee is not refundable in this case, since it covers build work already performed. We keep your business information on file in case you want to pick the process back up later — if you return, you won’t need to provide everything from scratch again, but you’ll need to approve a new or updated preview before your site goes live.

WhatsApp & Meta platform dependency

The Service is delivered through WhatsApp Business, which is operated by Meta and subject to Meta’s own policies and approval processes outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of WhatsApp messaging, and we are not responsible for delays or outages caused by Meta, WhatsApp, or our messaging infrastructure provider.

Your responsibilities

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the business information, images, and logo you provide, and for making sure you have the right to use any content you send us. We reserve the right to decline to publish content that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
