Zoulty Website Builder (“Zoulty,” “we,” “us”) builds and hosts websites for small businesses through a conversation on WhatsApp. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us while chatting with our WhatsApp bot in order to build and run your website:

• Your business name, description, industry, and hours
• Your style/design preferences and, if you send one, your logo
• A contact email address
• The WhatsApp phone number you message us from
• Payment status (whether a deposit, balance, or subscription has been paid) — we do not receive or store your card details; those are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe

We do not collect information from any source other than the conversation you have with the bot, and we do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party ad trackers on this landing page.

How we use it

Your information is used only for two purposes:

• To build and populate your website — your business name, description, hours, contact email, and WhatsApp number are published on the site itself so your customers can reach you.
• To communicate with you about your service — deposit/payment confirmations, preview-ready notifications, and renewal reminders for hosting and your domain. We do not use your contact details for marketing or send you anything unrelated to the service you signed up for.

What we don’t do

We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. The only third parties involved in delivering your service are payment processing (Stripe) and the infrastructure that hosts your website and WhatsApp messaging (Kapso/Meta) — each only receives what is strictly necessary to do its job.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your website or a related service (hosting, domain) is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for support, billing records, and legal requirements. If you cancel every service with us, you can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.

Your choices

To review, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, message us on WhatsApp at +1 (201) 586-7989 or email hello@zoulty.com. We will act on deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, payment records) by law.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
